All is set at the Bearers of Light Vision World outreach to hold the 2024 edition of its annual Bearers of Light International Conference.
The conference, the 8th in the series is billed to hold from Friday 27th and Saturday 28th September, 2024 at BOL Knowledge Centre, 2, Mojeed Sanni Street, College Bus Stop, Igando, Lagos between 9.00am and 2.00pm each day.
Hosting is the President of the outreach, Dr. Sam Oyemade, and the theme is Christ, Christian and Christianity: Building the Church on the Messiah, quoting Acts 5;42.
Assembled as panel of discussants are eminent Christian personalities and ministers of God like Bishop Abraham Olaleye, Pastor Leke Akinola, Dr. Ajayi-Majebi, Pastor Olukayode Oyedepo, Dr. Emiko Amotsuka and Apostle Richard E.S. Takim, all the way from Kenya.
Preparatory to the conference, Dr. Oyemade discussing with a team of media associates said the conference would provide an opportunity to share “knowledge, inspiration, understanding, and revelations with other ministers to help build and edify the church.”
The conference according to Dr. Oyemade would be used to “evaluate our current situation and the future of our missions to ensure that we are aligned with the will of Christ and prepared for his return,” he explained.
It is believed that at the end, the conference would contribute to the advancement of the Body of Christ.
The organisers promised to broadcast the conference worldwide via their verified social media handles and those of their partners and associates.
The International Ministers Conference (IMC) is dedicated to bringing leaders of the Kingdom of God together to collectively study the scriptures, understand the Lord’s teachings, and discuss how to apply these lessons to promote the Body of Christ and in the life and ministry of every minister.
The goal is to make ministry refreshing and rewarding for the servants of God.
“When Jesus Christ’s position is properly understood and emphasized, ministry and church assembly will be better approached. Responsibility and authority should be respectfully shared to prevent heresies and unnecessary self-importance displayed by many ministers,” explained Dr. Oyemade.
