Bishop Wale Oke re-elected PFN President

Bishop Francis Wale Oke has been re-elected as the National President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) for a second term.

Bishop Oke’s re-election was announced at the 18th Biennial National Conference in Abuja, extending his leadership of the PFN for another four years.

The statement reads, “His Eminence, Bishop Francis Wale Oke is reelected as the National President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) at the ongoing 18th Biennial National Conference in Abuja. We pray that the glory of this latter tenure will exceed the former”.

Also announcing his reelection, Bishop Oke in a post on his official Facebook page wrote, “Honoured to be re-elected as the National President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”

Bishop Wale Oke, first elected as PFN National President in 2021, is the founder of Sword of the Spirit Ministries International and the Chancellor of Precious Cornerstone University, with headquarters in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

Lagos PFN Congratulates Bishop Wale Oke, National Exco

The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) Lagos State Chapter has extended her heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected National Executives of PFN! The chapter wrote in their message, “We are confident that under their leadership, our fellowship will continue to grow in faith, unity, and strength.

“We pray for God’s wisdom, strength, and guidance in your leadership. May your tenure be filled with growth, transformation, and divine impact in the body of Christ as we go from glory to glory.

It is a New Dawn for the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria.”

The new executives has Bishop Wale Oke as the President, Dr. Cosmas Ilechukwu as National Deputy President, Bishop David Bakare, National Secretary and Dr. Sam Aboyeji, National Treasurer, as a Representative of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) would be elected as the Internal Auditor.

The conference which had The Rebirth of a Great Nation, as its theme was held between Tuesday,  11th and Friday, 14th February, 2025, at  Dunamis Dome, Abuja and Abuja National Stadium.

Present were leaders of major Churches in the fellowship among which were Pastor E A. Adeboye, Dr. Umma Ukpai, Bishop David Oyedepo, Rev. Dr. Felix Omobude, Archbishop Margaret Idahosa, and Rev. Victor Ogunkanmi, and a host of others.
