Evangelist Ojo Ade’s Son, David Steps Out With City of Worship Concert

Says “It’s Possible to Worship With Sincere Heart.

David Ojo Ade is strongly coming up as a chip off the old block doing what his father Evangelist Ojo Ade, the great accordionist knows how to do best.

On Friday November 11, 2022, he will be hosting what he calls City of Worship. City of Worship according to him is a harvest of praise by young and dynamic music ministers brought together by the event.

Among those expected are his sister Bukky Ojo Ade-Adedayo, Key of David, Pastor Oluwaseyi Amos, Henry Oyewole, Dapo Oyelade, Seth Jesubiyi,  The True Call Drama Ministry and the Christ Gift Revival Ministry’s Choir.

The programme starts at 10.00pm with Red Carpet at 10.00pm. City of Worship programme holds at Evangelist Ojo Ade’s Church, Christ Gift Revival Ministry’s auditorium, 30, Evangelist Ojo Ade Street, Dalemo Alagbado, Lagos State.

According to him, City of Worship is an inspiration from the scripture.

“There was a day I was reading my Bible when I came across a bible verse in John 4. 23-24 which says God was looking for people that are truly going to worship Him in spirit and truth. That is a city where everyone is connected to the realm of worship.

“So I thought about it and knew it is possible to worship without sincere hearts. We are expecting people, young and old to come and worship God with sincere hearts.

“My intention is to make people know the reason we need to worship God and if you want to truly worship Him it must be in the spirit and in truth.

The only way you can be connected to the spiritual realm is for you to be in the spirit and know the reason you are worshipping Him.

In the same vein, his father Evangelist Ojo Ade has just celebrated 35 years of his gospel music ministry where anointed accordionists were gathered from different parts of Nigeria to honour him.

Participants were drawn from Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti, Oyo, Kwara and Kogi States in an all-night of musical concert tagged Accordionists Night. It was rounded off on Sunday with a colourful thanksgiving service.
