All is set as another Chapter will be opened in the book of the national body of the Gospel Musicians’ Association of Nigeria (GOMAN), as a new set of executives will be inaugurated on Thursday 23rd March, 2023.
The new executive council will be led by a Lagos based veteran gospel music minister of the Asako Wale fame, in person of Evangelist Philip Olayiwola (PHOLAT) as President and Hon. Ayodele Paul as Deputy President to pilot the affairs of the Association for the next three years.
The national election that produced Evangelist Phillip Olayiwola and his team took place in Ibadan on Wednesday 15th February 2023 which terminated the six year two term tenure of Evang. Dr. Funmi Aragbaye.
These newly elected National Executive Council would be officially inaugurated on Thursday, 23rd March, 2023 at the Shepherd’s Flock International Church 18, Sogunle Street, off Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Behind Eko Hospital by Sheraton Hotel, Abule Onigbagbo Bus Stop, Ikeja- Lagos by 12.00 noon prompt.
The inauguration would be performed by the immediate past President, Evang. (Dr) Mrs Funmi Aragbaiye as she would be handing over the leadership baton to the newly elected President Evangelist Philip Olayiwola (PHOLAT).

The Inauguration ceremony will also feature the investiture of some important personalities as the Association’s Patrons and Advisers. Amongst other dignitaries to be in attendance are Evang. (Prof) Obey Fabiyi, Chief Michael Ade Ojo, Dr Tunde Kajogbola, Arch. David Adegbite and Rev. Tony Akinyemi as the Spiritual Father of the day. Words of exhortation would be delivered by Dr. S. M. O Oni.
In a release made available by the Public Relations Officer, Evang. Mrs. Olawunmi Faniyi, all members of the association nationwide as well as friends, partners and well-wishers are expected to grace the epoch making inauguration.
