Come October in the calendar of New Creature Evangelical Ministry is the moment for its annual Ministers’ Conference. This year 2022 edition comes up on Tuesday and Friday 4th and 7th October, 2022.
The conference has The Just and Devout Minister of God as its theme and it holds between 9.00am and 6.00pm each day.
The conference holds at the Camp ground of the Church, Km 44, Badagry Express way, Opposite Bobbil Filling Station, before MTN Bus Stop, Off Araromi Town, Badagry, Lagos.
The conference according to the organisers will be addressing the attributes and what is expected of a Just and Devout minister of God.
The conference which will be hosted by the General Overseer of the Church, Rev. E. J. Oludayitan, who will be leading other resource persons will also have Revd. E. A. Joseph, Dr. E. J. Jack, Revd. Dr. E.B. Ajose, Bishop A. Olurombi, and Revd. Dr. Peter Alinyoh.
The conference is expected to draw ministers across church denominations, and in effect participants are expected to include Church Founders, General Overseers, Bishops, Church Superintendents, Prophets, Pastors, Teachers, Deacons and Deaconesses, Departmental and all categories of Christian Workers.
Speaking to PTL News in a chat, the Host Minister, Rev. E.J. Oludayitan said nothing better could be expected to admonish ministers of God in a time like this.
With all that are happening around us, a minister of God cannot afford not to be committed to the cause of the gospel.
The bible says the Just shall live by faith, so we want to look into the qualities that make a believer and a minister of God a just one.
Referring to the core subjects of the conference, the General Overseer listed out what are expected of a just and devout minister of God.
He said, “A devout minister of God is supposed to glorify God, a devout minister of God should set his or her mind on things above, a devout minister of God should define his or her relationship with God, he or she is supposed to be loving, caring and nurturing the sheep, and he or she should be willing to lay down his life for the sheep in his care, the brethren, and a devout minister should shepherd the flock with eagerness, and should maintain godly standard before God and men,” quoting relevant bible verses.
The above would be explored during the four-day conference. He also assured that the two days’ interface would allow participants to share the word of God, pray and receive good counsels from colleagues and senior ministers of God.
Participants are expected to register with a sum of N2,000 only, and there are accommodation facilities at affordable rates.
