Pastor Adeboye Celebrates Pastor Kumuyi at 79

Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God has congratulated his kinsman, a fellow man of God and the General Superintendent of Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi on the occasion of the celebration of his 79^th birthday.

Pastor Kumuyi turned 79 on Saturday, 6^th June, 2020. Pastor Adeboye was 78 on March 2, 2020.

In his message on his Twitter handle with customised card designed with the celebrant’s picture, Pastor Adeboye wrote “Happy birthday beloved Pastor W.F. Kumuyi” as he prayed “May you finish strong and end well in Jesus name.”

Several other messages followed that of Daddy G.O. as they pour encomiums on the founder of Deeper Christian Life Ministry.

Apostle Johnson Suleman, the President, Omega Fire Ministries following Pastor Adeboye wrote, “I join the rest of the world to celebrate God’s faithfulness in your life, family and ministry. May you finish strong and end very well in Jesus name.

Agboola Olalekan wrote, “Just like yesterday sir, (Pastor Kumuyi) your cassette message converted me from slavery to sonship, as he wished him a happy birthday.

Onah A. Caleb in wishing him a happy birthday, described Pastor Kumuyi as a man of holiness and success, said, no doubt he has impacted nations and kindreds.

In Adelaja Abiodun’s word, Pastor Kumuyi to him is a “mentor, my leader, my Pastor, and my father in the Lord.

“You are worth more to me than any man on earth. Your stand on holiness, righteousness, purity, moral, character and rare discipline has transformed Christianity in Nigeria.

Yakubu Pam Gam, who called Pastor Kumuyi Daddy and his grace, wrote, “Words cannot express my deep appreciation to God for bringing a man like you to this world. You have impacted the world positively.

He did not close without making a suggestion to the celebrant.

He said, “I suggest you hand over to your successor on your 80^th birthday.”
