Praise Party for Psalmist Israel Oyeniyi at 50

For Psalmist Israel Oyeniyi, aka Praizmania, a special praise party has been put together by his family, friends and siblings to celebrate his 50 years on earth.

The birthday praise comes up on Monday 14th November, 2022 at His Fame House, 13, Kadupe Street, Adexon, Ile Epo Bus Stop, Akesan, Igando, Lagos. The party commences at 12 noon prompt.

From his biography Psalmist Israel a.k.a PRAIZMANIA  was born in Epe town of Lagos State on November 14, 1972 to the clergy  family of Evangelist Noah Okunade Oyeniyi  and Deaconess Deborah O. Oyeniyi. He was christened Israel Bamidele Temitope Amobi Oyeniyi by his parents.

He is an indigene of Osun state, South West Nigeria. He is the first in a clergy family of 6.

His late father was a minister in Christ Apostolic Church and an accordionist till his death in 1991 while his mother is still a choir mistress also in CAC till date.

Psalmist Israel can best be described as a rare man of many parts. A part from being a consummate singer/songwriter, he is a musicologist, music producer, music consultant, music instructor, TV/Radio Host, thorough-bred administrator, seasoned communicator, Saxophonist and an Event Manager and Anchor.

He had his early education, primary and secondary school education at Roman Catholic Primary School Odeomu, Osun State (1979-1984) and Odeomu High School, Odeomu, Osun state, Western Nigeria (1984-1989) respectively.

Excellence and brilliancy has been in him since childhood. As a secondary school student, he made the school proud by winning laurels in Essay writing, debate, singing, cultural dance, drama and press club.

In 2002, he bagged National Certificate in Education(NCE) in Music ( double major) at Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Oto-Ijanikin ( now Lagos State University of Education).

He trained and served meritoriously as a Narcotic Agent with National Drug Law Enforcement Agency ( NDLEA) 1992 to 1995.

He also served as Assistant Secretary and later elected as Secretary to Gospel Musicians Association Of Nigeria ( GOMAN) Lagos Chapter from 2011 to 2014.

As a cleric, he was ordained Reverend in 2009 by Archbishop Joseph Ojo of Calvary Kingdom Church Int’l, Lagos, Nigeria where he is still serving as Assistant Resident Pastor 2  at the headquarters till date.

As a music minister, his music career which started professionally in 1995 has spanned over two and half decades still waxing strong, ministering in Praise and Worship with unusual anointing and charismatic delivery at  different religious, social and corporate platforms across Nigeria and beyond.

He has also been instrumental in the growth and development of other musical talents all over Nigeria.
