The death has occured in Ibadan of the Founder and General Overseer of Christ Revelation Apostolic Church, Ibadan, Oyo State, Prophetess D.O. Bayode JP.
Prophetess Bayode died on July 2022 at the age of 85 years.
A special funeral arrangements released by the family has it that the journey home of the deceased begins on Friday September 2, 2022 as corpse leaves Toun Memorial Hospital for her residence and lying in state.
It will be followed by Service of Songs and Christian Wake also at her residence, at Iyana Block Bus Stop, by JF World/Arolat Filling Station, Opposite CAC Ayo Igbala, Adegbayi, Old Ife Road, Alakia, Ibadan, Oyo State.
The remains of the deceased will be laid to rest at 8.30 am on Saturday, 3rd September, and it will be followed by the final funeral and thanksgiving service holding at the deceased’s Church, Christ Revelation Apostolic Church, Oke Oluwasoromidayo, Irewole Street, Along Baba Kundi House, Efun Okaogun, Sawmill Old Ife Road, Along New Gbagi Market, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Entertainment of guests follows immediately after the service at Divine Grace Hall, Beside NIPCO Filling Station, Foye Bus Stop, Ibadan-Ife Express Road, Alakia Adegbayi, New Ife Road, Ibadan, Oyo State.
She is survived by siblings, children, grand children and great grand children.
Among the children is Otunba Toyin Omonijo, the Chairman and Chief Executive of Vitality Oil and Gas Limited, and Pastor Shola Oluwadare. May her soul rest in peace.
