Come Saturday, 27th August, 2022, all roads would be leading to 6, Bakky Avenue, Bello Folawiyo Crescent, by Mr. Biggs, Ikosi, Ketu, Lagos as the Rescuer School of Theology, Trauma Healing and Chaplaincy Institute jointly hold their 18th Commissioning, Matriculation, Ordination, Convocation and Awards Ceremony.
The ceremony is expected to attract dignitaries from all walks of life including men and women from within and outside the Church ministry.
According to the organisers, some people have been enlisted for Professorial and Doctoral Awards while some are expected to bag Awards of Excellence.
Among the awardees for Professorial and Doctoral awards are Rev. Dr. Henry Agborunse, Rev. Rotimi Adepoju, Pastor Dele Ajibola and Pastor Emmanuel Ajao, as three notable Christian journalists and publishers of Christian News, Wole Olarinde, Gbenga Osinaike and the Publisher of PTL News, Julius Adegunna would be presented with Awards for Excellence. Others are Pastor (Dr.) Olubiyi Arikawe and Pastor (Dr.) Gabriel Aladegbaiye.
The Institutes have Pastor Dr. J.A. Adesola, as Dean Academics, Pastor (Dr) S.S. Afolabi as Registrar, Rev. Mrs R.O. Adeyemi as Dean, Students Affairs, and Prof. Olusesan Adeniyan as General Secretary. Other officials of the Institutes are Prof. J.S. Adeyemi as Rector, Dr.M.O. Adesola as Chairman, Board of Governing Council, and Archbishop Prof. Ayo. Afilaka the National President of Chaplains Fellowship of Nigeria.
